A natural extension of its commitment to help create a safer world

CAE launched its healthcare division in 2009 with a disruptive solution for cardiac ultrasound training, CAE Vimedix.

METI acquisition prompted growth

In 2011, CAE Healthcare acquired Medical Education Technologies Inc. (METI), a company known for creating the first wireless, tetherless, fully responsive medical manikin. This acquisition helped us grow our immersive training solutions and patient simulators.

Today, in collaboration with our customers, we empower practitioners and learners to perform at their best when the stakes are highest through an educational ecosystem that includes:
