CAE Healthcare named innovation finalist at 2022 EMS World Expo
CAE Vimedix, our comprehensive ultrasound training tool, was a finalist for the 2022 EMS World Innovation Awards, which recognize “the industry’s most pioneering products of the year that have the potential to transform EMS care.” An independent panel of judges highlighted CAE Vimedix for its remote and in-person learning components, which give educators the flexibility to create curricula directly in the simulator. Students assess trauma, stroke and cardiac arrest using their computer mouse as a virtual probe and video conferencing platforms for collaboration.
CAE Healthcare named Certified Green Business Partner
CAE Healthcare is proud to be named a Certified Green Business Partner by Sarasota County, Florida. This award is given to businesses that operate in an environmentally responsible manner determined by a rigorous assessment. Recognized for recycling initiatives, company policies and the use of energy-conserving equipment, CAE Healthcare will hold the designation until 2025.
CAE Healthcare earns gold in the Florida Sterling Manufacturing Business Excellence Awards
CAE Healthcare was one of only five organizations in Florida to be awarded gold status in the 2021 Florida Sterling Manufacturing Business Excellence Awards. Designed to spotlight the state′s highest-performing manufacturers, the awards evaluate companies across seven categories: leadership; strategy; customers; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and results.
The awards provide a framework for sharing manufacturing best practices and opportunities for improvement.
CAE Healthcare products earn awards at 2020 EMS World Expo
CAE Healthcare was recognized at the 2020 EMS World Expo for delivering industry-leading products aimed at improving emergency medical services. Our Ventilator Reskilling Course received two awards, the 2020 EMS World Innovation award and the 2020 EMS World Providers’ Choice Award. Additionally, in 2019, EMS World recognized CAE AresAR for Microsoft HoloLens.
CAE VimedixAR named finalist in 2018 Windows Developer Awards
CAE VimedixAR ultrasound simulator (the world′s first commercially viable application of Microsoft HoloLens/augmented reality technology for a truly immersive healthcare training experience) was named one of four “Commercial Innovator of the Year” finalists at the 2018 Windows Developer Awards.
CAE VimedixAR earns 2017 Unity Impact Award
The CAE augmented-reality ultrasound solution, CAE VimedixAR, received the 2017 Unity Impact Award, which recognizes experiences that make a social impact in education and healthcare. The overall awards celebrate creative and technical excellence in games, films, assets and experiences.
