The LearningSpace Enterprise Advanced training course explores more complex workflows such as scheduling and preparing LearningSpace Enterprise for OSCEs and other exam-type events; standardized patient management and training; resource usage data collection; and advanced performance reporting features. Attendees are invited to questions and use cases for exploration during the training.
This course is recommended for users who are already familiar with the basic LearningSpace Enterprise workflows (recording, user management, case and activity creation, performance data collection and review).
Learning Objectives:
After finishing the two-day LearningSpace Enterprise Advanced training, participants will be able to:
- Schedule events using the scheduling tools (calendar and advanced scheduling)
- Create and use the SP training tool
- Observe and assess SP performance
- Configure performance data reports using the features in Activity Reporting Setup
- Tag performance data to identify competencies and other topics of interest for review in Reports
- Collect and review resource usage data
Content Includes:
Basic Concepts and Workflows: Review of essential workflows for recording, managing user accounts, creating cases and activities.
Advanced Operation: Tasks and workflows for event scheduling, automatic recording, resource usage data collection, performance data configuration and organization, standardized patient management.
Advanced Usage and Strategies: Investigation of customer use cases and other specific needs.
