With our new Training for Life™, you now have access to free and unlimited beginner to advanced simulator training courses for everyone on your staff with the purchase of a CAE Assurance plan. Expert Technical, Clinical and Software support

Our regionally based technicians are just a phone call away to help you with troubleshooting and technical questions. No issue is too big or too small. Our clinical educators are experienced physicians, nurses, paramedics and medics who are also experts in simulation. They can answer questions about the CAE Healthcare simulators’ unique modeled physiology to help you get the most out of your simulators. They are available to advise you with tips and best practices to support your success during scenario setup, operation and debrief.

Free Software Updates

We update and add features to our Müse user interface several times during the year. Our CAE Assurance customers receive the updates as they are released and software support at no charge.


Our Müse user interface now features content in ten languages – English, French, German, Korean, Polish, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and Simplified Chinese. We’ve just added the capacity to upload patient x-rays, records and audio and video clips to add realism to your simulation, and we have added enhancements to make it easier to write scenarios.  With a CAE Assurance agreement, you’ll always have the most up-to-date version of Müse.

Assurance Plans

CAE Assurance customers receive added benefits, including provision of a loaner simulator, if needed, while your simulator is being repaired at a CAE Healthcare service site.  With a Premier and Premier Plus agreement, you are also eligible for priority scheduling for onsite repairs and an annual visit from a CAE Healthcare technician to perform a preventative maintenance inspection and any adjustments to keep your simulator in top condition.
