New Hire Simulation Scenarios

We are looking for information from any agency that uses simulation for hiring. We are in the planning steps of hiring Firefighter/Paramedics and looking to run the candidates through a few scenarios using METI. I could use any and all info from scenarios to evaluations. We would like to borrow someone else’s process from start to finish as a package if they would allow us to use it. I’m aiming for a tried and tested process that works well and has proven helpful for find skilled individuals.
